We went to say good bye to Tim as he prepares to go off to college. Katie had a blast swimming in the freezing cold pool, playing on the slide and sitting in the hammock with Jack.
We downloaded Peek A Boo Barn for Katie. She loves sitting with daddy and the Ipad and looking at the animals in the barn. She particularly loves the high pitch of the rabbit and the mouse.
Katie is now 13 months old. She will no longer sit still in her chair to have monthly pictures taken. She will walk behind something and walk holding our hands. Not quite ready to walk on her own. She loves her baby dolls as you can see. In fact her first word is baby. Such a big girl sitting in her chair. She continues to be a happy little girl and make us laugh all the time.
We had a beautiful day to celebrate Katie turning 1. Thanks to all who helped us celebrate her 1st birthday! She had a wonderful time and really enjoyed her cake!
Katie couldn't decide if she was a dog or a baby. She loved playing in the water bowl for Brody and Lulu.. even tried drinking like the dogs. Katie also decided she would see what it was like to try out the doggie door. She liked opening and shutting the crate door, but wouldn't go in. Do we see a visit from Children and Youth???
